We actively search for suitable properties that match your profile, using market knowledge, professional networks, and available off-market opportunities.

Guided Viewings
We arrange viewings and accompany you. If you are still abroad, we can provide a live video viewing.
Step 4
Negotiations
We will handle the negotiations with the rental agency/landlord to secure favourable terms for you.
Step 5
Paperwork
We provide the rental agency with all the necessary documents and carefully review the rental contract for you.
Step 6
Keys and inspection
We accompany you during the key exchange to ensure a smooth transfer, including an initial walkthrough of the property to identify any visible pre-existing issues.
Step 7
Utilities and moving
We help you with setting up the contracts for GWE + internet and support with tasks like furniture.
Step 8
Aftercare
We remain available after completion to support you with any questions or concerns that you may have anytime during your tenancy.

Details
Our fee is one month of rent excluding VAT, with a minimum of €1,495 excl. VAT. For example, a property renting for €1,300 still has a brokerage fee of €1,495 excl. VAT.
Payment Structure
You pay in two installments:
Search kickoff: €495 excl. VAT
After securing your home: remaining amount based on the agreed rent (minimum €1,000)
You always pay the first portion at the start, and the remainder once we have successfully secured a home for you.
